The Dermatology Workshop: Procedural Skills is accredited by the
Royal Australian College of General Practitioners for 40 Category 1 CPD&QI points and
receives reciprocal recognition in Canada by The College of Family Physicians of Canada.


The Dermatology Procedural Skills Workshop offers hands-on training in the delivery of various office-based procedures and features highly practical sessions covering punch, shave and excisional biopsies, various suturing techniques, elliptical excisions, cryotherapy, and the management of wound healing and complications. The one-day program is based on HealthCert skin cancer certificate courses, quality-assured by Bond University
and completed by over 9,000 medical professionals worldwide.

PCDSC Spring Dermoscopy Workshop 2019
Friday, April 26, 2019 | 7:30am – 12:00pm
UBC Robson Square, Vancouver, BC

This Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada
and the 
British Columbia Chapter for up to 11.25 Mainpro+ credits.

This introductory workshop will cover the foundations of dermoscopy use enabling identification of various benign and malignant skin lesions commonly seen in primary care. Modular educational sessions combined with hands on work stations will provide participants with the confidence to integrate dermoscopic assessments into their daily practices enhancing diagnostic accuracy.  Join us in the path of developing the essential skills to improve skin cancer care for all of your patients.
