Step 5 - Terms of Service

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you request a cancellation up to 30 days before the event start date, a refund will be issued, less a processing fee of $75.00 CAD per person. Cancellation must be received in writing at the PCDSC office. Please note all refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the event has been completed. No refunds will be granted if post-marked after August 28, 2019 or for non-attendance at the event.
